Shipping & Return Policies

RETURNS POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

FROZEN & LIVE BAIT

We do not accept returns whatsoever on frozen bait, live fish and worms nor do we accept returns or refund claims due to any error of the shipper (FedEx) such as late delivery or lost and damaged packages.

SHIPPING REFUNDS

We DO NOT refund shipping costs for any reason whatsoever. Shipping costs are paid directly to the shipper. We do not profit in any way from shipping. These claims must be directed to the shipper. Please keep in mind that all shipments are recorded to reflect the exact time and day of delivery.

FROZEN PRODUCTS SHIPPING

When ordering any frozen or live products we will only guarantee shipments when using an overnight shipping option, especially during the warmer months, and only if accepted in person on the first delivery attempt. You or a representative MUST be present to accept your shipment when it is delivered on first delivery attempt.

We do not guarantee any frozen or live products that are shipped using any method other than overnight nor do we guarantee any frozen or live products that are left outside due to nobody being present to accept delivery. There are no exceptions.

REFUND TIMING

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

WHERE WE SHIP

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

SHIPPING COSTS

When you place an order, real-time shipping costs will be provided for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may also appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping quotes are based on the exact costs provided by the shipper. Ayers & Sons Fish Distributors does not add any fees to shipping costs nor do we profit anything from shipping.
